Peanut butter cookies

Hi friends! I tried several recipes for peanut butter cookies from the first reception of the original recipe. One thing I like about this recipe is that peanut butter is two times more than butter. I firmly believe that peanut butter should not share the spotlight with the butter in a cookie that is intended to be a cracker with peanut butter!

I also like the addition of chocolate chips and peanut butter and roll the dough in sugar before baking.
