Fish protects against Alzheimer's




Older people should pay attention to baked or boiled fish, and include it in your weekly diet. Scientists say that in order to improve the state of the brain it is desirable to consume fish at least every week, tells WebMD.

Specialists conducted an experiment, they scanned the brains of those who consume fish regularly, and those who rarely does so. It was found that the first group of people brain cells, which are located in an area that is responsible for short-term memory, much less killed. They also have a rarely observed the development of Alzheimer's disease or various kinds of mental disorders.

Cyrus Raji, a member of the Medical School at the University of Pittsburgh, notes that the results of some studies a diet rich in such products as fish, has been linked with decreased likelihood of developing Alzheimer's disease. But now scientists have been able to obtain direct evidence that the fish has properties.
